Mainly in charge of the export of the products produced by those two manufacturers mainly produce disposable products and their components and also their producing equipments.
Tianjin Medic Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 1950, a state-owned company initially, producing medical glassware at that time. Then in 1990 the factory regenerated to produce disposable medical products, which is a designated producing enterprise approved by State Drug Administration and is specialized in Producing all kinds of Disposable Syringes, Hypodermic Needles, Disposable Infusion Sets, Speculum. And also supply all the relative machines for producing disposable syringes, such as syringe assembling machine, needle assembling machine, regulator of infusion set assembling machine, screen printing machine, blister packing machine, EO sterilizer...Etc. We have helped many customers building their own factories abroad. The company has approved CE & ISO9001 Certificate by TUV Company. And also register certificate in Russia, Peru, Colombia, and Brazil…etc.
The area of the company is more than 15000 square meters, including the area of more than 4200 square meters of 100000 grade purified production workshop confirming to the national standard. The complete production equipments and rational working arrangement ensure high quality to the productions in the producing procedure. We can produce 100, 000, 000 sterile syringes for single use more or less per year. We also have a more than 200 square meters’ examining center to test the quality of our instruments. It ensures the high quality of the examination of the finished products. Our products are being well sold in Russia, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Chile, Korea, Egypt, Turkey, Hungary, Nigeria, Iraq, Syria...etc.
Jincheng Medic Equipment Co., ltd. is one of the three large-scale enterprises producing rubber components for disposable syringes and disposable infusion set nationwide. Now the annual output of rubber pistons is 1, 800 million pieces and half quantity for export. Through the test conducted by the State Medical High Polymer Testing Center and sampling test of Technology Supervision Bureau, its indices all reach the standard of DIN 58367 YY/TO 243-96. Meanwhile, the factory have passed ISO 9000 and got CE certificate.
The factory covers an area of 12500m2, among them 7000m2 is building area with fixed assets of more than 8 million yuan. It boats 165 workers and 18 engineering technicians, and 9 are high grade ones. Its 100, 000 grade purifying workshop of 700m2, as well as advanced and complete testing equipment in the center laboratory reliably guarantees the quality of products. The comprehensive technical ability including products designing, craft controlling and quality testing, and management skill are all in the lead among the same trade.
